Chronic Pain

A woman with short wavy dark hair and light skin is sitting on a bench with a beige cushion, leaning against a wooden slat wall. She is wearing a sleeveless beige top and brown skirt, and is writing in a notebook with a pen. There is a framed piece of abstract artwork with shades of brown and peach leaning against the wall beside her. Sunlight streams through a window, casting shadows on the wall.
Living with frequent, ongoing pain can make even simple things feel overwhelming. We help you stay active in ways that feel manageable and support your well-being.

Chronic Fatigue

Behavioral Health

When your energy is very limited or variable, everyday tasks like cooking, working, or spending time with people you love can feel like “too much”. Occupational therapy can help you be more intentional and make the most out of the energy you have.

Anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges can affect your sleep, motivation, and the basics of daily living. Occupational therapy supports your mental health by strengthening the daily routines and skills that help you feel steady.
